AG Siddle (Tony)

Goscor Group

Tony is a qualified CA (SA) and holds a B Comm degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He served his articles of clerkship at Deloitte before joining the Goscor Cleaning Equipment sales department in January 1992. Tony held a number of different leadership positions within the Goscor Group and was appointed as the managing Director in 1997. Tony also served on the Board of Micor Industrial Corporation LTD, a JSE listed holding company. He was the group Chief Executive Officer of Goscor from 2002 to 2010, and thereafter he was appointed as Chairman.

Tony has two children and his hobbies include golf, fly fishing and wildlife. He is a qualified commercial pilot.

AN Wilson (Neil)

Neil joined the Goscor Group of Companies in early 2008 as the Group Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), Neil studied at UCT and then completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche. His career started in the investment management world where Neil played a significant role in building an asset management business called Melville Douglas which he was MD of for a number of years. This business was acquired by Standard Bank in 2001. As a Director Neil was given a number of different leadership positions within Standard Bank, being appointed as Director and Head of Private Banking and Wealth in 2006.

Neil was appointed as CEO of Goscor in 2010 when Imperial acquired a controlling interest in the Group. Neil is a passionate cyclist, golfer and family man.

F Otto (Francois)

Francois holds a B Compt degree from Unisa and completed his articles at a medium sized Audit Firm in Cape Town.

He joined an Industrial Equipment group in December 1999 as Financial Manager in Cape Town and relocated to Johannesburg during 2002 for the same group where he fulfilled Financial Manager roles both locally and in the UK for a total of 10 years.

Francois joined the Goscor Group in January 2010 as the Group Financial Manager.

M De Canha (Manny)

Manny De Canha is the Executive if  C2 Group Technologies; a late stage VC firm based in Jhb.

Manny started his career with the Imperial group in the motor industry.  He spent several year in Australia in the motor business and was appointed to the board of Automotive holding Pty Ltd; an entity that is listed on the ASX.

In 1994 he returned to South Africa and started Associated Motor Holdings, together with Imperial where he was an executive director, for importation and distribution of vehicles and related products in Southern Africa.  He successfully launched and managed the exclusive importation and distribution of brands such as Hyundai, Renault, Kia, Mitsubishi, Tata and built them over the years.  As part of the AMH group, he created Liquid Capital which is the second largest financial services business in the sector in Southern Africa.

In 2018, upon retiring from the Imperial holdings board, on which he served for 16 years, he started the C2 group.

EDJ Ashkar (Eddie)

Eddie completed his articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers –Financial services practice and thereafter joined PricewaterhouseCoopers New York office -Financial services practice. Upon his return to South Africa he joined Standard Bank where he spent 8 years of his career with his last position being Director of its Private Equity division.  He joined Investec Principal Investments at the beginning of 2012. His Private Equity experience includes deal origination, structuring of buy outs, raising debt facilities, the ongoing management of investments and serving on unlisted boards, remuneration, audit and other committees.

S Nkabinde (Sthembile)

Goscor Group

Sthembile has over 9 years financial services experience. She served her articles at PWC working mainly on Banking, Investment Management and Private Equity Clients.  She spent 3 months in the PWC Boston offices where her main client was Bank of America. After completing her articles at PWC Sthembile joined Investec Corporate Finance where she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, BEE transactions, disposals and JSE listings. Her clients in Corporate Finance included Business Connexion, Pick n Pay, Imperial and Altron. Sthembile later joined the Private Capital division at Investec where she gained experience in leveraged finance transactions. In 2013 she founded a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment investment vehicle called Khulasande Capital. Sthembile currently serves on the boards of Concord Cranes, Prowalco, and CJP chemicals.
