Imperial Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary AMH, announces that it has acquired a majority holding in the Goscor Group of companies, a diversified industrial and engineering group.

Goscor Lift Truck Company’s (GLTC) Crown pallet trucks are a common site in SPAR stores throughout the country. Soon the all-new Crown WT3000 pallet truck will join the army of Crown machines loading, unloading and picking goods in SPAR warehouses and loading bays.  GLTC MD Darryl Shafto says the WT3000 series has all the qualities a pallet truck requires to work day in and day out in demanding conditions.

Goscor Power Products (GPP) will focus on the renowned Subaru EX –OHC ‘commercial duty’ engine series, due to also include new products which will be powered by the EX-Overhead Cam Engine. These Products include Water Pumps, Fertilizer Pumps, Fire Fighting Pumps and Construction Equipment. This 'powerhouse engine' has a puperior range of features and benefits when compared with other engines in its class. This is according to GPP national sales manager, Mark Bester.

Limeco, one of South Africa’s leading distributors of lime-based products has extended its service contract with Goscor Lift Truck Company (GLTC) for a further five years. This will bring to 20 years the duration of this unique relationship.

Agricultural equipment supplier Goscor Power Products hopes to increase the flow of profits for farmers around the country with the addition of a purpose designed and built liquid fertilizer pump (LFP) to its range of agricultural products.

The new pump allows farmers to transfer liquid fertilizers from bulk tankers to their own nurse tanks and from there to tractor tanks quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of waste.

Construction equipment supplier Goscor Power Products is shaking up the market with the addition of a purpose designed and built vibratory plate compactor (VPC) to its already wide range of light construction products.

Because the nature of their work puts great strain on VPCs, Goscor’s new vibrator is built extra strong to last the distance. The machine, dubbed TKP-90, is powered by a tough petrol-driven Robin-Subaru 5HP engine that comes with a two year warranty.

The TKP-90 complements the already tried and trusted 9HP TKP-110 vibrator.
